Matthew Griffin graduated in 2001 with a BIS. He specialized in Canadian literature and the intersection of religion and literature. His thesis was entitled Questing to Understand: Myth in the Novels of Robert Kroetsch.
After doing postgraduate work in English, Matthew received an M.Div. from Trinity College in the University of Toronto. He is now ordained and serves in the Diocese of Niagara.
